What You Do:

• Set up & tear down of Party Room
• Maintains the flow and order in the Party Room. 
• Manages time effectively in Party Room
• Plays games and interacts with party when time allows
• Introduction to Party Host
• Prioritize Safety
• Maintain and Uphold Cleaning Protocols
• Delivering Top-Notch Customer Service

Shift Lead

Leading the team to one amazing party after another!

What You Do:

• Greeting Guests and Assisting with Kiosk check-in
• Prep facility for the day
• Coordinate party lobby needs
•  Validate and give wristband to guests that have a safety waiver is on file
• Check-in host and review items 
• Prioritize Safety
• Verifies facility is maintained and cleaning protocols are followed
• Delivering Top-Notch Experiences
• Capturing Memories of a Lifetime

Assistant Manager 

Cultivating a team that delivers The Best Parties on the Planet! 

What You Do:

• Maintain a positive and fun culture that creates a sense of teamwork and commitment to give every kid the best birthday ever.
• Recruit, interview, and hire stellar team members
• Identify, develop and monitor the team to drive store performance and ensure daily tasks are successfully executed
• Provide initial and ongoing training and development for a team of 20-40 part-time employees
• Maintain brand, safety, and cleanliness standards while follow operating procedures

What Makes You Great:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
• Proven 
• Team player that can motivate the team and effectively navigate in a fast-paced environment. 
• Superior Attention to detail & Multi-tasking skills 
• 1-2 year min management experience & 21+ of age
